Tales of heroism highlight this moving concert including Beethoven’s Eroica symphony and music from Lewis & Clark – Great Journey West. Guest flutist Amy Porter will mesmerize you with Michael Daugherty’s poignant Trail of Tears. This contemporary musical journey celebrates the human spirit as we tell the story of the American Indians’ forced exodus and triumph over adversity.
